Complication 

Keypoint Intelligence is an independent research and testing facility for small to large scale office equipment. Production knowledge front to back end, video editing, photo editing, branding experience, marketing experience, & more were my tasks & required skills.

With Head of Content and Publishing Carl leading the team, my Art Director Victor, & fellow Production Associate Samia, we created a powerhouse of a production team!

Solution

I was the Lead Production Associate, any & all production tasks from front to back end were my responsibility. I handles filming, recording, storyboarding, editing, creating, exporting, and distributing any & all production materials I was responsible for. The work below is only a fraction of what was done at my time with Keypoint Intelligence, but is a great representation of my hard work & execution.

Video Projects

I was the head Video Editor, Producer, and Storyboard creator. The bulk of my time at Keypoint was spent video editing, recording video & audio, and being the guy who did everything. Only slightly kidding, I became the person that everyone in the company knew was skilled and flexable with editing. Meaning I was tasked with handling all videos materials both large & small. From full productions, to simple teams recordings cleaned up for promotional purposed, I was they guy who handled video editing!

Podcasts

The podcasts’ recording, gathering files, laying out, editing, clean up, and publishing (both vid & audio) were handled by me & my partner Samia. The podcasts varied in discussion topics, but were all handled identically to follow our brand guidelines.

Digital Award Kits

I was responsible for the creation, execution, and delivery of all Digital Award Kits. This was only an idea when I started at Keypoint, & I made it my goal to help them have something tangible to use for award purposes. After a few months of edits & ideations we landed on something that Keypoint loved & our clients were impressed with & wanted for themselves. Giving everyone a multitude of styles & a flexible use of brand integration. Styles would be rotated based on the number of awards purchased & in what order, starting with Standard, then Flipped, then Deluxe. The Digital Award Kits assets included a printable Poster, printable Stickers, & digital Banner Ad Set.

Keypoint wanted to create a package of awards for anyone who won an award throughout testing for the year. Various awards from best “A4 Printer” to best “Large Format Printer” (& more) were awarded & the recipients were given the option of purchasing a Digital Award Kit to commemorate & advertise their achievements.

As a production associate I was constantly working with our Marketing department to help them develop eye-catching Banners, Email Templates, Infographics, and more, to catch our readers attention & create engaging visuals. Most of the work that follows was used in conjunction with a blog post for Keypoint.

Image Naming & Archiving

One of my task as well was properly naming, saving, and archiving the huge catalog of images that Keypoint had been amousing over the years. I was tasked with creating a simple, yet effective naming solution, organizing over 2,000 images, & educating marketing on the new naming convention & saving method (using pngs for digital & jpgs for print).

E-Books

E-Books were mostly the responsibility of Victor my Art Director. That said I did help with the production of the e-books from time to time. I would help with recording various voice overs/ videos, editing said voice overs/ videos, editing images, & being a second set of eyes for visual suggestions. Victor is extremely skilled, but nobody can do everything by themselves.

Reports

After a product had completing it testing all of that information had to be formated in a presentable, digestable, and visually compelling way. This is were I and my partner Samia would create the Keypoint Intelligence Reports. These reports varied depending on the product being tested, type of testing being done, the complexity of the testing, and more. These reports were/are the cornerstone of Keypoint Intelligences business. I was able to not only execute flawlessly, I also help with formating issues & various updates as/when needed.
